Some Ministries and Group Activities at St. Peter's

Fellowship and Study Groups There are many fellowship groups, study and discussion groups, and home church groups that meet regularly (except during July and August) at St. Peter's. Some of these meet in homes on various weeknights. Please call Rev. Gordon Strain at 250-890-9037 if you would like assistance in joining a small group.
Olsson Fellowship - Monday evenings at 19:30. Contact Fr. Lars & Siv (250-339-1784). Tuesday Morning Bible Study - Contact Tricia (250-897-3535). Wednesday Women's Bible Study - meets Wednesdays at noon. Contact Elaine (250-339-0508). Wednesday Men's Bible Study - meets at Berwick House on second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, and in the Back Hall on the alternate Wednesdays. Welsh Fellowship - Thursday evenings at 19:30. Contact Jack Welsh & Jennifer Pass (250-334-2321). Henning Fellowship - Thursdays evenings at 19:30. Contact Carl & Rosemarie (250-338-7936). Thursday evening Pastorate - We gather in the Hall Thursdays at 17:45, to share supper, music and study. All are welcome! Childcare is provided, and children have formed part of our group from the beginning. We try to conclude the evening by 20:00. Contact John & Andrea (250-338-7750) or Tony & Rachel (250-334-1932).
St. Peter's Walkers From April to October, we enjoy Sunday afternoon walks and some more strenous hikes (on Saturdays) through some of the wild and scenic places around the Comox Valley. Please join us at the hall after the 10:00 am service for details. Our current schedule is here. Health Ministry If you or someone in the parish requires short-term assistance arising from a health concern, please contact our health ministry team. Vacation Bible School Vacation Bible School for young people was held July 25-29, 2011. It is held during the last week of July each year.
