Caregiver Support Group

Are you providing support and/or care for a loved one (family member, neighbour or friend) and would like to be part of a support group to share your feelings and experiences safely with other caregivers?  Do you want to receive encouragement and learn about helpful resources for your caregiving journey?  If so, there’s a caregiver support group happening at the Comox Valley Presbyterian church (725 Aspen Road) with the next meeting on Wednesday, July 21^st at 10:00 a.m.  For more info go to the caregiver website.
